Weight After Workout  : no workout… AGAIN
Yah… didn’t work out again today. kena con to go out with some friends for small drinks. Went right after work with some colleagues. ended up at this German restaurant/pub at Damansara called Solace. Alot of different types of imported German beers.

But… my diet seems to be paying off. yay !
